Dear Mums and Dad, Just a few lines as I want these pictures to go out. They aren”™t so good as the sun was bright and I was frowning. However the movies they took of me were swell and we are making some pictures from them. The picture is just to show you how they sit over here all along the streets or anytime they stop they sit just sit. And did you know they can sit this way for hours? It”™s amazing, but they are little people. Maybe that accounts for it. I sent the Honolulu Advertiser paper to Albert in London I hope they will enjoy it. It will be different anyhow. By the way did you receive the picture and card of Albert from England? Sure hope so. I don”™t want to lose it. I won”™t give James your love ”˜cause I”™m jealous of him, ha. James has been out working quite hard and he has a few freckles. I kid him about them, ”˜cause he is dark for freckles. His hair is getting grey. He said I ”˜caused it. Can you imagine me worrying anyone? I got a ribbon decoration for overseas duty the other day. We drill three days a week now, but I”™ll never learn to March , my bum foot won”™t turn like it should.
